Responsibilities

1. Supervise and review the project schedule;

2. Formulate main work processes, build a team management framework, and check the implementation;

3. Have a basic understanding of the contract, drawings of the discipline, construction specifications and acceptance standards, and the construction process of electricity, electricity, water supply and drainage;

4. Supervise the quality of the construction site and coordinate the construction process;

5. Assist in evaluating the rationality of the project construction plan, and put forward professional suggestions on the economy and feasibility of the construction scheme.

Qualifications

1. Full time college degree or above, major in civil engineering or architecture related;

2. More than two years of on-site construction management experience;

3. Good communication and coordination skills;

4. Certificate of construction worker or corresponding professional title is preferred.

Salary

70000-120 million/month
